The NIHR’s first Research Inclusion Strategy, setting out a five-year roadmap for embedding equality, diversity and inclusion across its research, culture and systems. The strategy explicitly names intersectionality as a core framework and commits to intersectional data collection and analysis across all protected characteristics.
