The Inclusive Communication Toolkit is a Scottish Government resource co‑produced with Communication Inclusion People, Disability Equality Scotland, and people with lived experience of communication exclusion. It supports public sector staff and organisations to make their communication more inclusive. The toolkit explains why inclusive communication matters, sets out clear good‑practice standards, and provides practical tools, step‑by‑step guides, and assessment checklists. It is organised into five modules with supporting materials, offering a practical and accessible resource for improving communication across services.
