A seven-step tool from Close the Gap that helps organisations check whether spending on skills and training is reaching women and men equally. Each step guides users through gathering evidence and looking at who benefits and who does not. It also helps them understand why differences exist and decide what to do about them. Accompanied by a fully worked example using publicly available data on Scotland’s Modern Apprenticeship programme.
