Resource content

A self-assessment toolkit for staff and managers working with women with learning disabilities who have experienced gender-based violence. It covers four practice areas — fairness, decision-making, peer support, and collaboration — using a Think–Ask–Act–Repeat model. Includes good practice statements, an auto-generated improvement planning template, and signposting to inclusive resources. Produced through co-design with women with lived experience.
