Charter of Rights for People Affected by Substance Use

Resource content

The Charter of Rights for People Affected by Substance Use is a rights based guide that supports individuals in understanding their rights and the support they should receive from services. It also supports organisations to understand how to implement these rights. The Charter defines clear expectations of dignity, respect, choice, non-discrimination and participation, placing lived experience at the centre of service design and delivery.
