About the toolkit

This toolkit delivers on the Scottish Government’s Programme for Government commitment to ‘publish our mainstreaming framework which will include an action plan and toolkit, setting out practical steps to achieve this ambition.’ It forms part of a coherent package alongside the Equality and Human Rights Mainstreaming Strategy and Action Plan, all having launched together on 08/12/2025.
